Syaoran Li
Syaoran Li, a descendent of Clow Reed and a rival as well as a lover of Sakura Kinomoto. At first Syaoran, was agressive towards Sakura, demanding that she gives him the Clow Cards, but was refused. Syaoran then resorted to becoming a rival, competing for the right to capture the Clow Cards. Eventually he realized, however, that Sakura was the rightful owner and accepted it, even helping her capture the remaining cards. For a long time, Syaoran has had a crush towards Yukito, also know as Yue, who is one of two guardians of the Clow Cards. However, it was eventually revealed that he was attracted to Yue due to Yue's power. Since then, Syaoran began to fall inlove with Sakura. He frequently blushes around her, turning bright red, and stammering a lot. Though this was mainly because he did not know how to express his feelings. Throughout the series, Syaoran would always try and confess, but was always interrupted. Eventually, however, he confessed and his feelings were eventually returned when he was about to return to Hong Kong, and the two exchanged teddy bears. There is a saying that if two people exchanged teddy bears they would remain together forever. Extra Syaoran has a cousin named Meilin, who for a time had a crush on him. He once had a deal with her, that he would marry her if he could not find someone else that he loved more than her. Syaoran has four older sisters, who absolutely loves cute things. He is often called by Kero and Touya, as a Brat. Sakura Kinomoto
Sakura Kinomoto, the rightful owner of the Clow Cards and the lover of Syaoran Li. Sakura is very innocent and kind. Though she suffers at school. Her best friend is Tomoyo, her cousin, who is a designer and likes to capture videos. As a result, Sakura is often forced to wear designs made by Tomoyo and is often video taped. Like Syaoran, Sakura also had a crush on Yukito, mistaking it as love. During that time the two of them were rivals, competing for Yukito's affection as well as the Clow Cards. But, when Sakura confessed, she was asked by Yukito, if what she feels for him were like for her dad. Sakura realized he was right, but was saddened. She was later comforted by Syaoran at a park. Sakura endured many trials to prove herself as the rightful owner. There were two events: one by Yue the other by Eriol. With Yue's trial Sakura had to beat him. With Eriol's she had to convert the cards using her own power from Clow Cards to Sakura Cards. It was after Eriol's trial that Syaoran confessed. However, Sakura was confused and it was only when she realized that Syaoran was leaving that she finally realized her feelings. The two then exchanged teddy bears and later met in the future, where they were finally together forever. Extra Sakura's brother Touya is very protective of her and he can sometimes sense things by his sixth sense. Sakura's father as well is Eriol is the reincarnation of Clow Reed, making her the daughter of Clow. | |||
